Philip Harris is a Chartered Director and a committee member of the Institute of Directors in the North West, and has been Leading Change Projects within the Manufacturing Industries for the last 20 years.

He specialises in leading change as CEO, enabling organisations to stabilise through short term Restructuring and then assist in establishing the strategies and mechanisms needed for personnel to ensure continual to allow continual ongoing Business Transformation.

Philip works collaboratively with fellow members of both the IoD and IMA.
